Surface modifications of aluminium and aluminium oxide induced by a treatment with a He-plasma jet and plasma electrolytic oxidation

چکیده
Abstract Erosion of an aluminium oxide surface as well a formation coating on substrate, comparable with erosion and induced by plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO), can be caused at atmospheric pressure conditions DBD-like (Dielectric Barrier Discharge) jet. Obtained experimental results conform previously assumed similarity the mechanisms jet PEO microdischarges. The mechanism predominantly inward growth layer during processing is substantiated based comparison deposition treatment considered He-plasma process.
